461 Redemption in Luke 13
from The Cottage · host The Cottage
We @TheCottage explore how the ancient people of the Bible to whom God was speaking understood the Scriptures to show us how God was speaking to them yet communicating to them revelation for all of us even today even if in their context. In this session, we continue our series on Redemption following The Bible Project. To best understand biblical redemption, how did God originally teach it biblically from the beginning? We return to the passages where its significance is given in the places of the Bible that should take precedence over our later views often missing the biblical context. In this episode, we continue exploring bits of the redemption theme in Luke's Gospel and how in Luke 13 Jesus brings redemption to a woman bound by Satan. We need to see the good where there's bad and be the good this world needs to see. We are laying the foundation to discovering the riches hidden in the ancient Scriptures of God's people to learn God's way of doing and being in our daily lives. Stay tuned for our future episodes as we continue to discover more mysteries of the Bible in the sessions that follow.
