463: Get Messy With Maring Higa

from The Tao of Self-Confidence · host Sheena Yap Chan

Maring Higa is an acupuncturist, a creative strategist coach and host of The Messy Middle Podcast.  She helps Curious Creatives awaken their biggest and boldest ideas and take action in a fun and playful way. She has worked with hundreds of people exploring the middle space in her aerial bootcamp business, acupuncture practice, and/or coaching my creative clients.  Maring watched as they embraced their light, made changes in their life, and started living a life that they felt had meaning.  She believes that when we feel seen and find a safe space to share our work we feel free to express our most authentic selves. Maring shares what she used to struggle with and how she was able to overcome them with the experiences she faced in life.  She also talks about getting messy and how we can embrace it to be a more confident person to keep moving forward.
