47: Card Reading for Yourself

from Spirit Crumbs · host Andrea McCallum

𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 In today's episode, I decided to give some insights into how I approach reading for myself. Reading for ourselves can be tricky since we have a VERY personal interest in the outcome and messages attached to the cards. I read for myself every day, so I see patterns and context a lot easier than I used to! I talked about the differences I feel reading for myself and others. I trust the messages a lot more when I read for others because it feels more channeled, while I feel my ego stepping in when I pull cards for myself! I gave some examples of cards and patterns I've been seeing in my morning readings and also some strategies I use to get a more complete message from each card. I use the guide books when reading for myself because there are often meanings that I would otherwise miss. Although I don't do this for my clients, I'll still pull out the books when I do a reading for someone I know really well because I want the best for them too!  𝘓𝘦𝘵 𝘮𝘦 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘳𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘴 𝘐 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘱𝘪𝘴𝘰𝘥𝘦.
