#47: Doctales with Cocktails and Turkey

Happy Thanksgiving! We hope you are enjoying the holiday weekend, giving thanks and staying safe.  We also hope you are avoiding the big holiday medical horrors that are common at this time of year. Stop freaking out about Covid this weekend, it’s still more likely that an auto accident will occur than the attack of the spike proteins.  Don’t let football or family get your blood boiling, or your heart stopping. Avoid the ER from flying knives, boiling gravy and dirty birds that breed Salmonella! We’ll tell you how NOT to cook a wild turkey ( since we’ve done it) and tell you what foods might be a health hazard. We have a special cocktail this week and surprisingly it’s not Vodka and Cran! I’m sharing the recipe below. Most of all we are thankful for YOU, our listeners, fans and guests that make this wild and crazy ride of a show all possible. Cheers and don’t get too stuffed!  Cocktail:  Apple Cider Moscow Mule: 2 oz Ginger Beer 1.5 oz Vodka ( we used Chopin) 2 oz Pressed Apple Cider 05. Oz Lime juice fresh squeezed Ice, Cinnamon stick -squeeze lime into a frosted moscow mule mug, add desired ice, add liquid ingredients, stir with cinnamon stick and then toss into cup! Enjoy!
