In this episode of the Equestrian Mums Club podcast - after a brief hiatus since the end of 2024 - we catch listeners up on our lives, discussing our children, horses, and recent experiences. We reconnect with listeners after a little break from recording, chat about how a New Year often puts the pressure on for big goals (and how we're not in that zone!) and the importance of avoiding overwhelm as a parent.
