Mark Walsh is the Director of the Embodied Facilitator Course & Founder of Embodiment Unlimited. Why hasn’t Wikipedia solved all the worlds problems? It’s because we rely solely on information and cognition. We don’t treat the body as one with the mind. You can get out of your head  by getting in tune with the body – THIS IS EMBODIMENT. Embodiment is about learning and practicing what is not theoretical. Leadership, relationship, stress management - these are all skill sets where the body really matters. The body is more than a taxi to carry the brain around. It’s the study of how we are not who we are and what we know.
