Morgan Blind – Creator of The Weight of Winning, & Harvard scholar-athlete. From a young age, Morgan has truly embraced + capitalized on her opportunities. Within rowing, she held NZ national titles in high school, before earning a spot on the Harvard Radcliffe D1 rowing crew where she competed alongside studies for a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology). Since graduating this past May, she raced at the iconic Henley regatta and began working full-time as a teaching assistant in a learning enhancement unit. She is an aspiring clinical psychologist. Morgan always gives back to others and shows her strength through vulnerability. During this conversation, she is beautifully open in sharing her experiences and learnings from being a competitive athlete, Ivy League scholar, and founder.
