#47 Remembering Brody Stevens

Sadly, last week's episode #46 starring the great Brody Stevens was probably one of the last podcasts he did that fateful week.When Brody Stevens invited me into his home for last weeks episode, I had no way of knowing it would be my last time seeing him. The plan was to maybe podcast for 45-60 minutes but I ended up visiting with him for 5 hours. It was great to talk with him at great length without any distractions. I told him that sunshine, fresh air and exercise is a mood elevator and that we should start walking/running and working out with a medicine ball.I didn't want him to think it was just talk so I dropped down and did some pushups.
