47 The Key Ingredient To Changing Your Career Path | Interview with Lauren Kay from Legally Different

from The Zen Desk Podcast · host Laura Lange

This week I’m chatting to Lauren Kay, the founder of Legally Different and we are going to talk about all things human design and how this method can help you when you're at a crossroad in your career and wondering what to do next. Now if you’re thinking “what the heck is human design and what is going on?” then don’t worry. I had no clue about human design just a few years ago and it is only recently that I’ve started diving into it myself. Lauren will give you a thorough explanation of all things human design but just to give you a quick idea of what it’s all about essentially human design is a logical system that brings together principles of many different spiritual practices such as astrology, the chakra system which you may have heard me talk about before in relation to yoga and also quantum physics. And in this episode we talk all about how to apply human design in your everday busy corporate life.Lauren is a former "Big Law" lawyer who's been on a journey to experiment with soul-aligned ways of working (even in careers like law). She’s passionate about human potential and deeply driven by a desire to transform the one-size-fits-all path that can leave us feeling unfulfilled. Lauren believes that we are all incredibly unique and have our own codes for success - when we tap into these, it not only fulfills us individually, but has a ripple effect on the teams and organisations that we form part of.
