47. Third agreement: Don't make assumptions.

Hi beautiful humans! In this episode I share with you one of the agreements from Don Miguel Ruiz's book "The Four Agreements" that I was inspired to talk about after listening to the audio book for like the 10th time! (i love it)This is a great reminder for you to stop assuming and instead, ask questions. When we assume, we create a cycle of overthinking, worry, anxiety and confusion. In this episode I discuss the importance of distinguishing between personal issues and relationship dynamics. I emphasize the need to differentiate between what is personal and what is related to the relationship, suggesting that personal dissatisfaction can often manifest in relationship issues.
