#47 We always "take" if we "give" from our programming....

from Spiritual Stylism (English Version) · host Antje Gerstmann

I invite you to courageously and truthfully question your deeper intentions behind your actions. And don't stop at the first answer you get, it's definitely  coming from your ego, dive deeper and deeper and be bold. Why are you really calling your friend? To hear how he oder she is doing? Or because you're actually lonely underneath? There is nothing wrong with it, but own it and take care of this loneliness with yourself first, let it be there, feel it and then let it go. Or why do you want to apologise to someone? Really for the other person? Or to be able to feel the superficial "peace" and "harmony" in yourself again, because you do not want to feel the feelings of guilt that have been waiting for your loving attention and embrace for ages. You are not a giver if you carry out your actions out of a deeper lack in your person. Then you take energy from the other to replenish yourself for a short moment, to get short-term satisfaction and deep inside you it continues to ferment... until the next opportunity that life offers you.
