#47 Wife, mom, and above-knee amputee Angie Hauser talks about living beyond beauty standards and not letting an amputation stop her from trying new things

Angie has always lived an active life, but when an injury left her in severe pain, it ultimately resulted in her losing her leg. As an above-knee amputee, she has navigated life as a wife, mom, and woman who lives life to the fullest. Living life as an amputee has not stopped her from walking, running, jump roping, surfing, and more. She talks about accepting her body, trying new things, and being inspired by the amputee community. She also shares her passion for inner beauty by talking about how no matter what our bodies look like on the outside, it's what is on the inside that counts.
