48. Alana Chalmers
from The ASP with DT Hosted by David Thomas
Send us Fan Mail Finally!! The ASP with DT has returned to share some more stories about the great people who call Alice Springs home. Had to get season 4 off to a big start and our first guest Alana Chalmers delivered! I've always admired Alana, her outgoing and friendly personality and the way she is always looking for new challenges in life. We had a great chat about her early years growing up in town and the influence her family has had on her and her self belief. We also spoke a lot about keeping a positive and supportive circle of friends around you to help stay motivated and engaged in positive interactions! Lani has also started up her own Personal Training business 'AC Health and Fitness' and i am looking forward to watching her personal growth in the role and how she goes about helping others love themselves! Thanks again for coming on Lani, bit of a duck on water but made it look easy! Appreciate you mate and hope everyone enjoys listening to this episode of The ASP with DT Podcast. For more information about AC Health and Fitness give her Instagram page a follow at @achealthfitness where you can find all you need to know!
