48. Anonymous: DEI Within a Fortune 100 Company

This week we are joined by an anonymous guest who is a senior executive in a Fortune 100 company. This company was founded upon scientific principles.  Our guest was shocked to discover that his company supported the Equality Act, promoted by the Human Rights Campaign. As he researched, he found how harmful the Equality Act was, negatively affecting women in particular. Our guest chronicles what he has done within his corporation to encourage a discussion about their policies.
