48: Ashtonn Kyle Butikofer: An Infuriating Sentence

I have never heard of a sentence so low for a parent who abuses their child to death. Ashtonn was only 3 months old when he was killed by his dad Dillon. Jefferson County here in Idaho handed down an outrageously low sentence that is a slap in the face to baby Ashtonn's life.
