48. Building Identity in Christ as a New Christian

I dive deep into what it's been like building my relationship with Jesus Christ and stepping into my identity as a new Christian. We explore what it means to walk with God, including how prayer, reading the Word, and allowing God to prune the parts of us that are not of Him helps us grow spiritually. I share my personal struggles, like learning to surrender control and embrace a new way of thinking, and reflect on an impactful message I came across: "Never tie your identity to anything but God." We'll also look at powerful scriptures that remind us of our true identity in Christ, including Ephesians 2:6, 1 Peter 2:9, and John 15:1-5.
