Matt's Bio:Matt Trogdon is a financial planner who lives and works in Washington, DC. He has worked in the financial services industry for 15 years and he entered the field of financial planning because he wanted to help everyday people make better financial decisions. Matt grew up in a family that talked about saving and investing quite a bit, and he recognized the importance that financial fluency has had throughout his life.Outside of work, Matt teaches financial literacy seminars through Babson College. He also enjoys reading and writing about personal finance, and he spreads the word about saving and investing as much as he can.Many years ago, Matt graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in history.
