48. Rod Ferrell: The Vampire Clan and Wendorf Murders

At 16 years old, Rod Ferrell was obsessed with vampires. He believed he was a 500 year old vampire named Vesago. Rod was sired into a vampire cult by drinking the blood of another. He had a friendship with a girl named Heather Wendorf. She said her parents were abusive. The cult took off so Rod could “save her” and they could all go live in New Orleans, Louisiana. Their car was breaking down so, the plan was just to go in the Wendorf home and steal the keys to their car. However, Rod changed his mind when he got into the home and added murder to the list.
