With little happening in terms of a vaccination rollout and without a credible national carrier where does this leave the South African tourism market? There is still much to be proud of in the aviation sector, Airlink continue to set the standard in the regional market, FlySafair, Comair and Mango show slight number improvements and Cemair start making all the right moves. The era of the narrow-body jet is among us, the A321LR stretches its legs to Heathrow and Jet Blue unveil a radical new design for both economy and business class travellers.
