In our materialistic world, we surround ourselves with shiny things to make us happy. Sophie Duker, Heidi Regan and Ned Sedgwick are joined by comedian Rhys James to talk about the stuff we couldn't live without, the stuff we don't need and the stuff that's killing our planet.
