Then Kari and Tory dive into the personal. Tory updates us as she counts down to her child entering the world, and Kari provides her tips for how she's staying solid despite the craziness around her. They also share how alignment can be simple, the easiest way to let go of negative momentum, and why you should let your anger be anger (it's okay).
