Why is it so hard to ask for help? From fear of rejection, to vulnerability, to the pride that holds us back, I explore the reasons behind why reaching out for support can feel like pulling teeth.  So in today’s episode: ✅ I offer reasons we find it hard to ask for help  ✅Why people don’t offer help when it’s so obvious  ✅A fresh way on how to ask for help without making anyone feel awkward (including yourself!) But by understanding the root of our resistance to asking for help, we can begin to shift our mindset and open ourselves up to the support we truly need.  Asking for help does not make you a coward.  In fact, it takes a whole lot of courage.
