As much as we would like to have an entourage cheering us on, it's probably not likely unless your a movie star. Be your own champion! Now that can be good or bad.  Why give it only to movie stars? You are a movie star in your life. You have the leading role. You play the leading part! Desire to be supported and encourage by other like-minded women? All little wins like getting up without hitting the snooze button. Drinking your water. Walking 10,000 steps. Every little win adds up to massive impact. Lead with gratitude. Be aware of what you can be grateful like being able to pay the bills (even though you may not want to pay them). The brief sunbeam. Birds chirping. Lead with gratitude.
