483. Leaders do the right thing, even if it sucks

Wanted to say it again in case your forgot...what happens in your affiliate you either create or tolerate. When your complaint is that "my members do not listen", have you pulled them aside and had a conversation with them? Have you tried to get to the bottom of the situation in a calm and tactful way? Or are you simply blaming your members and not taking any ownership over the situation? Stop complaining and change what is going on through communication. You need to address these "problem members" and then, if things do not change and it is what is best for your business, remove them. But stop blaming them and outside circumstances when what is happening inside the four walls of your box falls on your shoulders.
