49: Assembling Your Team with Lindsey Taylor

The short and sweet of it: There's nothing more heartbreaking to Lindsey Taylor than meeting a Mother who has been struggling after the birth of her child, only to realize the "baby" is now 3 and a half years old. Lindsey knows there is no need to go that long without help and she's here today to help get the word our about the services available to Mothers and families through her Doula agency.  Culturally, labor and delivery and postpartum care are not valued in the same way they used to be. It's important to have a support team during this time of your life. Building this support team is like building a tribe. You need to put together then team long before you need it.
