Derek is the GM of an award winning NZ Manuka Honey brand, a Capetonian by birth but from a young age spent most of his life living overseas & has finally returned home. He is a strong advocate for ancestral modes of healing and Cape Town’s all encompassing outdoors lifestyle. Derek and I discuss all things digital nomadism, honey, specifically Manuka Honey, health, bio-hacking and wellness as it pertains to the potential that Cape Town, as a city and top-tier destination, has to offer.
