49. Customer Demographics and Psychographics

I am baaaackk and so happy about it ♡ Thank you for your patience with me while I took a couple of weeks off to recharge and regain the good BOSS energy that you all deserve.  The topic for today's solo episode was inspired by a few lines that I read in the book The E Myth by Michael Gerber. As I started my research it truly dawned on me how important understanding your customer demographics and psychographics are in ensuring a successful marketing model.
