#49 Erika Wakefield - BJJ Instructor and Competitor

Erika grew up in small town Colorado outside of Colorado Springs. She grew up Dancing, which she pursued professionally after high school that brought her to Los Angeles. Along the way she began personal training and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. She teaches Kids, Adults and Female BJJ Classes at LEGACY Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Burbank, California. She talks about how it is being a Female in Jiu-Jitsu and why it is important to train Jiu-Jitsu as a Female. She is a great role model for all and I personally am grateful because she gives my daughter a strong female to look up to. Had a great talk with her, enjoy!
