49. FINISH Course revisited - Thought Work

from Concierge Weight Loss · host Kara Hackleman, Certified Life & Weight Loss Coach

Week 3 in the FINISH Course revisited is all about Thought Work. Thought work doesn't sound like something you would "work" on. Thoughts are just something that happen, they pop in and out of your head. Right?   If you have listened at all to me or any of my programming you have heard multiple times about how your thoughts, feelings and actions are related.   As you learn to understand that your thinking is responsible for what you are feeling you begin to realize that you may have some control over it. You may want to practice some thinking that feels good.    You learn that the things you do, the actions you take, are all motivated by your feelings. Then you realize this "work" called thought work might be very beneficial to get you to "do" things, things like lose weight.   _____________________________________________ Show Notes & Special Links Like what you heard?
