49: Stephana Oetinger in the hot seat

I lived it.36 years as a healer and coach. 25,000 clients. Four books. And a few months ago my body shut down because I had lost myself so completely I couldn't find my way back.My son had been telling me the truth for weeks. And I was so far gone I couldn't reach his voice.What came out of that return is a book called Stay S.A.N.E.  and a framework I'd been building toward my whole life without knowing it.I don't teach burnout theory.
