49 - The Entrepreneurial Struggle is REAL

On this episode I am discussing some of our current struggles. Having a team that is stretched thin and me trying to juggle being a wife, a mom with kids who have not been on their normal school schedule in over a year, and a business owner that has very little time to work on the business for working in it right now. As an entrepreneur I have a desire to create new businesses, this podcast, courses and more, but there is only so much time in the day so it is time to hire again. With the pandemic we are hiring with caution so I share some to of the things I have learned over the years to hire team members who operate under your company's core values and help you avoid wasting time and ultimately money.  Episode Quote: I accept uncertainty.
