Today I have Anna Martin on the chair and that’s a rare one because usually you would meet her on a mat. Anna has over 1000hrs of Yogatrainings under her belt, led several teacher trainings around the globe and was my Teacher on the Sunny Coast years ago. I would even call her - hands down - the best teacher I ever had, and that’s maybe why I am still quoting her in my classes now 4 years after my training. I am so happy to catch her today and we talk mainly how we are here on this earth to have a human experience. We chat why yoga teacher don’t always have their life together, why she is not vibing with the idea of meditation and attaining nothingness, we chat cultural appropriation in yoga, why you don’t have to do all the push ups and how she got the courage to open her own studio. She shares why her happiness comes always first and why we shouldn’t make someone else’s turmoil about ourselves.
