49ers Roster Updates and Logistics for the Australia Opener

San Francisco 49ers' final preparations as they finalize their roster and gear up for an international season opener in Australia. Key leadership figures John Lynch and Kyle Shanahan provided updates on the return of stars Nick Bosa and George Kittle, while emphasizing a cautious, long-term recovery plan for injured players like Mykel Williams. The team is navigating unique logistical hurdles, such as securing passports and managing an accelerated practice schedule to accommodate the overseas travel. Ongoing position battles at left guard and running back remain unresolved, leaving the lineup fluid heading into the first week. Additionally, several injured veterans are showing progress, offering the squad much-needed depth before their matchup against the Rams. Ultimately, the organization is balancing immediate competitive needs with the complexities of a global game schedule.
