“4TH AMENDMENT + 2ND AMENDMENT RIGHTS IN PRACTICE”

Greetings greetings welcome to another episode of truth to power and I'm your host Tara's Midnight and tonight I want to talk about a whole bunch of things but mainly one of the things I want to talk about is you know having a right to defend yourself yes what's the premise is especially if you're black now first I'm getting things out of the way I guess things out of the way first I'll shout out to everybody that purchased Lil Hagen Fruit I really appreciate that the book was top 100 in about six categories across from Amazon paper book paperback and the Kindle version of the book so I really appreciate that and um I really um I really liked it I really am very proud of that performance it was actually another number one release new release and that's my second one back to back and it's like within a six month span so I'm very proud of that and um thank you guys for purchasing that next poetry book will be titled remember that one summer they'll be coming out September 21st on the education to my grandmother because it was a birthday but as I proceed to give you what you need now and in light of my book coming out I want to say this too people have had some type of have had some criticisms and I got to take my number off of Instagram because people get my number and they need just start going crazy with people get my number ask me to do all type of shit you know like they're hitting me on radio they're just they don't release the book or something like that they're kind of taking me over social media and tell me all the problems they got with everything I'm doing one of the issues I had was with this lady she said but a book isn't for kids no it's not you send the wrong message to the kids but the book isn't for the kids you know like at that point what do you want you know the thing one person said I'm exploiting um I was exploiting the young kids and um the storyline was a repeat I'm like this is based off my real life what are you talking about oh I figured it was about you then what are you talking about like people just some people complain just to complain and then I asked him I said well what's the book good but did you at least like the book yeah what's good then how about because what what what the fuck do you want what's out the book being good purchased it it's a good book and you wouldn't you want to say this shit about 50 Shades of Grey you don't hold the same accountability to hip-hop artists when they talk about doing that shit shout out make the stallion but the point I'm making is you guys don't hold the same accountability to your hip-hop artist but so as a black man do anything anything then you got some type of criticism of something bad to see about them and I'm not with that shit at all I'm not with that at all and that they just really like I was like really like the book wasn't boring or bad but it says the wrong message to my exploiting people really people crazy but and the only problem I had with that was you given a perception is if I'm doing something bad to the community when a judge buddies believe in the pie case all I do is care about the community all I do is have the community because everything's about my pie case my documentary work all I do is try to hit the community and I just told my story and people upset about it but there's really upset about I think it really upset about the fact that I was talking about a 24 year old in a 19 year old woman that type of dynamic of older men and the younger woman and I think they were upset about the fact that you know it was going oh different power dynamics like as women age they don't mean as much internalized as they were really like to be especially if you're a man or you're constantly growing economically and things like that so I think that was their biggest issue with the book but other than that here is what it is now moving on now recently there was a shooting I want to get I want to get to this last week but I was unable to handle a lot of things going on a lot of stuff just came up but I really want to get to this last week this guy by the name of Old Zone in Florida he was actually being actually being a custody can I say that's the word but anyway he was actually being illegally detained don't say that by an officer in Florida right and he ended up shooting the officer now the officer not that I'm so present for the office but he was doing something called what did they call strategic patrolling or something like that but if you look at all these articles on Old Zone by him defending himself against in order against a legal detained by a legal arrest which he did nothing wrong Rashin Wallace although Rashin Wallace this is name he goes by Old Zone that he was arrested for allegedly shooting the Turner Beach officer Jason Rainer on June 23rd and I posted this to my Facebook and my Instagram page when he was talking about he has been talking about attempting to read murder but the thing was the main accident if you saw the video the main accident he said listen he said provide the patrol don't they call it but and tell me investigating a suspicious incident what my thing is what was the suspicious incident that you were investigating sir when the main answer listen what's going on see I think it's this suspected white supremacist and white supremacist they feel like they have the right to kill you with impunity and they feel like they got the right for you to just sit there and take it they feel like they got the right to shoot you and for you not to defend yourself against the legal shooting against the legal arrest now everybody's talking about um George Floyd and everything else and all these monuments and all these bills and everything else but but think of this and this is my thing what would be different if George Floyd had a weapon on him and bust on that officer that shot him bust on shoving before he got arrested and then shot the officers that still buy and watch that murder happen what would be different because in Florida the same state that this happened they had two teenage kids they were even teenagers like 11 and 12 but they had two little kids white kids start shooting at the officers and they brought them in alive not only they break them in alive they tried to invest not to use daily force even though their life was in danger so they know how to do certain things when they when they come to kids and these kids was actually in the breaking in the houses stealing guns and then just started shooting at the police but when they come down to a black man being illegally detained because he asked him listen what's going on he's like no no no sit in the car they didn't say no listen they're going so well going so well he said don't do this bro going so well and he kept on touching them kept on touching them which is a salt and battery by the way especially if you haven't told me why I'm being detained or if you just if you're approaching me any type of way and then he shot him in here then we got people tells oh man who's a coward for now he's not a coward the man who's trying to ambush him that's a fucking coward in jail the fucking coward black people don't have no rights or just they're not get killed we don't have to stand and get killed people are crazy tell him oh he is tied to some militia groups he is tied to black Hebrew and Israelites and they said all these are extremist groups right black nationalists right that's what they that's what they tell black people you are tied to black nationalist groups they look up everything for you and when it comes down to black people you're um they look up everything you tie to five black nationalist groups and extremist groups right come on white people they can't find shit they take the black media to find things on white people it takes black it takes the um it takes the black media to do that that's what it takes no listen listen then you know what they're not talking i think i talked about this we know it's telling me the most that i was on the i was um on a loud to black hawkins and a black urban league full of attorneys and ain't nobody ever thought to do that shit fucking aggravated me even more fuck everybody's acting or we got a sign of petition man petitioned off our women and bitches nooks in there right now don't academies combat the epidemic of violence against transgender women of color um do the lgbtq community i understand that you guys got your own problems and things like that but there's a lot of fuckery going on but we'll just say right there we're just just fuckery now if you are transgender you are not a woman or a man okay let's let's get tight let's let's not the bullshit now i'm gonna fuck who don't agree who don't care i'm spending on this your lgbtq and you got your transgender you are not a man or a woman if you're a man that's transgender you're a man it's bullshit that people try to implore you they tried to let you to me at Xavier like it was like i was i was i had to stand on my square all the time because it was like a lgbtq freely environment over there and i kept on telling me i was like no that's a woman i know it's not are you crazy they were trying to basically break me up there at Xavier and i talk about my experiences at Xavier all the time and i was and i was and listen not hit the stand on my square of life and all the fuck is done i don't know about them people over there i don't know about them and then i went to Holy Cross right to do like an interview for my doctorate and a lot of people don't know this on this podcast but i'll tell you guys right now some of the most rich shit i've encountered and then i noticed something they only accept a certain type of person and holy cross like you have to be like if you're a black man you got to be compromised in some type of way yeah my professor told me this but she didn't break it down in that way she said well you're not you're not easy going like you're not going to fill in over the kitchen i easy going everybody there except it was easy going they go along to get along you don't do that you speak up you challenge which i thought man i'm supposed to do but now over there good old holy cross and you had to be lgbtq or lgbtq friendly in some type of way you do you do you do but back to what i was saying little nazacs had a performance on the bt awards which i didn't like because which i didn't watch because you know bt is run by white people so anytime you got life you're mixing you black just respect some fuckery and i keep telling people this don't know about listening about shit i'd be like listen anytime a white person is involved in any type of thing that supports them power black people expect it to be watered down and expect some fuckery because at the end of the day they don't want to be in power they expect fuckery expect it but apparently he was up there kissing dudes on stage and things like that and my problem is this you got little kids watching these award shows and you're trying to push this agenda on them if not then why do that you don't see no men or women kissing on stage they barely have commercials now with black women and black men loving each other they don't have any of those type of commercials as a matter of fact they barely have any type of series with black women and black men loving each you know they don't have the component of the family of the natural family they don't have the component they don't have that but i think what they do have they have a lot of homosexuality whole bunch of LGBTQ stuff going on and do guys do your thing don't buy really give a fuck if you get a knife really but don't push that shit in our face don't be trying to push that shit on our children or in our children faces don't do that you claim that you were born this way and all the rest of the stuff well then shouldn't it be a choice shouldn't it be your choice why do people have to convince you so much to be something that you already are that you feel really born every you dig and there's a lot of couple of my Negro support in this type of stuff you don't support no shit like that don't support no man kissing another man on TV you want that to be the image that don't you see you got a mind to all these things that don't you see in a lot of people be like oh there's nothing wrong with that and I you know people be trying to you know integrate themselves into shit they like I shit that with them man shut the fuck up shut the fuck up oh oh see nothing wrong with it those type of motherfuckers don't never see nothing wrong with anything never fall for a story for anything in a fucking life it would suffer against black empowerment not one fucking thing in their life but not at the white supremacist numbers are dwindling across the board expect more fuckery like that because they're really trying to push that agenda hard they're really trying to um to have some population control against black people and more black is some black people have taken that I know have taken the vaccination shots but for the most part the people that I really know that I really fuck with they have still infirm against that bullshit they're not taking that fucking shot I'm not taking the vaccination shot anytime they start offering you money for something oh it's based on fuckery it's make fuckery but you know what I see you know what in let me call it this to let me tell you something tell you how black people something yeah I'll believe in a corona shot the corona virus shot just like I believe in Jesus yes I'm taking it though yes I'm taking it though yeah I believe in a corona virus vaccination just like I believe in Jesus I don't really believe but just in case you don't really believe but just in case please please don't believe in it but just in case just in case it might be real can you stand your motherfuckers don't stand for shit because you don't stand for shit all you do is follow everything else if they got a drink going on and thereby doing it you don't fucking do it even if you know it's wrong when I talk to a lot of people I'll be like what the fuck are you talking about that's why I be standing to myself and the best thing I ever could have did was stay out for social media for over six months because let me tell you not that I'm back on I'm offending a lot of people and let me tell you something else about that I fucking love it I came out the gate what's the wrong people this bullshit they've been on okay damn it boy well said my piece I'm just unable to put up this video then they're trying to have this video when he had shot that dude he shot the guy and because the guy yourself those are the violated men of memory rights and then one of our things happened to them fourth amendment right says it prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures it says requirements for issuing warrants warrants would be issued by the judge on magistrate let me tell you something they are arrested as men and he should get off just based off the fourth amendment right he should even be in custody right now because he violated this name fourth amendment right of the constitution but of course when white people say stuff they really mean when they write stuff in the play and they're allowed they really mean well this only for us this only law that we could use oh no no not so fast by some premises not so fast and i'm gonna tell you anybody Protestant nation is listening to me right now listen to me if any officer i suspect a resolder comes to you without probable cause and they're trying to do a legal search of seizure you have the right to defend yourself you
