With the NFL's move to a 17-week regular season this year, most fantasy football leagues will hit the halfway mark of their regular season after this week's games.  Coincidentally, we're also heading into "Bye-a-geddon", as 6 teams will have the weekend off.  Combine that with the injuries most fantasy team owners are already dealing with, and it's easy to see why this is the most challenging part of the season for many teams.
