4th Of July Celebrations, Hot Weather, Reduced Adoption Costs

Thousands of San Diegans headed to our local beaches to celebrate 4th of July, as all San Diego beach parking lots reached capacity a little bit after 10:30 yesterday morning. An excessive heat warning is in effect today for San Diego's inland valleys and mountain communities.
