4th Reich SSP collapse in Solar System according to former Dark Fleet Operative

Dr. Katherine Milano claims to have served in a German “4th Reich” secret space program called the Dark Fleet during a “20 and back” program where she underwent 20 years of torture, MK Ultra mind programing, and exploitation as a Geisha spy on Mars and Ceres.
