5/10 - Galatians 3:1-9 | Backwards Christianity

In Galatians 3:1–9, Paul confronts the Galatians for drifting back into a works-based faith after beginning by faith in Christ. If righteousness could be earned through the law, then Jesus died for nothing. From the beginning, God’s plan was never salvation through human effort, but through faith—just as Abraham was counted righteous because he believed God. The gospel is not just how we begin the Christian life; it’s how we continue walking with Jesus every day. If we don’t intentionally return to the gospel, we will unintentionally drift away from it.
