A billboard greeting those coming to Colorado from Utah reads, “Welcome to Colorado, where you can get a safe, legal abortion.” An Americhicks listener has expressed a concern to Kim about Kim's stances concerning abortion, gay marriage and sex-education. Kim did reply to the listener but later questioned her own reply which upon retrospect may have been too much of a "just the facts ma'am" response and perhaps lacked the compassion Kim genuinely feels. Initiative 300, which would allow people to live on the sidewalk in front of your house failed at the ballot box.
