Rene Czerwinski is a licensed mental health counselor with Pacific Medical Centers. The statistics are staggering--roughly 45 million people in the U.S. suffer from mental illness and at least 10 million of these people suffer from serious mental illness. And, I feel we see evidence of this on our city streets every single day. PacMed is launching a campaign that highlights the importance of identifying and treating mental health issues.
