Fifteen years ago, according to Barna Research, just under half of all American adults claimed to attend church at least once a month – 48%. Early in 2020, that same research showed that number had dropped to 29%, way less than a third. We really don’t need research results to tell us that the number has surely dropped under a quarter since COVID. It’s time for Americans to get back to the house of the Lord.
