5/5/26 – "The LAWMAKING is OUT of CONTROL" – “It will be of little avail to the people that the laws are made by men of their own choice if the laws be so voluminous that they cannot be read, or so incoherent that they cannot be understood.” James MadisonLaws on top of laws… is lawlessness and tyranny. Ignoring the laws by dumping a new law, regulation, or the lik, is not Constitutional.People use the phrase, “unconstitutional,” constantly. I will not pretend to be a Constitutional scholar, nor am I a lawyer (thank the Lord). I do know, however that our Founding Fathers wanted our Constitution to be “uncomplicated.” Again, however, America (at least in Congress and our state legislatures) has too many “attorneys”… lawyers. It is THEY who complicate our governing.
