Shimon agrees and gives his price, to which Reuven was agreeable. Within the hour Shimon re-evaluated and decided that he had undercharged. He immediately informs Reuven. That afternoon Reuven confirmed that Shimon has the job. Sunday, after the event, Reuven pays Shimon the revised price, but alleges that Shimon had been dishonest.
