Jesus' ascension is one of the most misunderstood pieces of His life & ministry. You can find Hallmark cards for His birth, death, and resurrection...but you're not likely to find one for His Ascension. Why the obscurity? What is the point of Jesus' Ascension? And if "Heaven" (as we've been discussing in this series) is not the "ultimate hope" of the Christian - then why did Jesus ascend there at the end of His life on Earth?In this Sermon, Pastor Kevin peers into the Ascension of Jesus as recorded in Acts, chapter 1.
