He has been involved in real estate since the age of 19 and focusing on multi-family apartment assets. Now, Green Harvest Capital owns and operates a thousand units in the region, and the company is vertically integrated with its own construction management, property management, and private equity real estate firms.Bhavin is bullish on Ohio's potential for resurgence in manufacturing, citing its location at the intersection of upcoming technologies and its strategic location for natural gas power production.
