In this episode I talk about the most important relationship you'll ever have in your life - the one with yourself. I share my own experiences growing up in the 90’s & early 2000’s and how external influences impacted my self-talk, thoughts & beliefs, and how that’s still affecting me today. I get real vulnerable so have your tissues ready! I end by “writing” myself a commitment to live my life better moving forward, and release any guilt, shame and regrets I might still be hanging onto.
