Dr. Asha Anandaiah, is an academic physician specializing in Pulmonary and Critical Care medicine. In this interview, she describes her path from initially majoring in urban studies to becoming a scientist, and finally settling on academic medicine. She emphasizes that it is okay to have varying interests and want to pursue many of them, and she discusses her lasting goal of making a broad impact.
