Peel off the skin instead of scooping the flesh out with a spoon to get the most nutrients. Coconuts. They have a high percentage of saturated fat that can be antimictrobial and good for cell membranes. Coconut oil can improve memory and cognition. Oil pulling (using coconut oil as a mouth rinse) can help with oral bacteria. Chocolate. Look for 75% cocoa content. Chocolate has great antioxidants. It contains compounds that can lower systolic blood pressure and help boost nitric oxide production. There's also a euphoria from eating chocolate. Seaweed. It's full of minerals and fiber. Seaweed is rich in nutrients. Ancient grains like spelt. They lower cholesterol and sugar.
