What is your definition of a “best” teacher? I have not yet met one that isn't trying their hardest. For 18 months now, more than most other people in classrooms and coaches alike for the last few years has given me ample opportunity to see what they're capable with skills-knowledge gaps as part teaching duties come into play every day; there's no doubt teachers do everything possible within reason when it comes down how students are taught--and helped grow! But a teacher's best work is done when they are able to connect with their students based on one common language - interaction.
