From “I didn't feel like it was attainable yet,” to “Okay, I'm going be flexible and buy something that I can hold on to long-term.” “I mean the benefit is that instead of going and renting something and paying somebody else, paying into somebody else's mortgage– I am now paying my own mortgage,for now, paying my own mortgage. It is my asset. I get to keep it long term. And eventually, someone else is going to pay off that asset for me.
